Hola Republica Dominicana!

Just recently back from the Dominican Republic - sun, sand and surf. And more sun. And more sand. Not as much surf but plenty of palm trees. Which are maybe my second or third favorite tree. Kids had a fantastic time with their cousins, in the pool, at the beach, zip lining and horse back riding. Thankful for kids with active imaginations!

Working hard

One of my favorite spots in the house is our living/dining room for the natural light we get during the day and the spot being in between where everyone is in the evening. Many times while I'm at the dining room table, the kids will pick a spot at the table to read, color or do homework and I love it. Mario picks the seat near me most of the time and I love looking over to see my little man "working" right next to me. Laptop and drill at the ready.
