Oh happy day!

The bride wore a stunning ivory, beaded dress with...just kidding. I don't know how to write a formal wedding write-up. What it comes down to is that Scott and Chaela had a beautiful wedding day, one that I am sure they will never forget.

It was an incredible day from beginning to end. Waking up in the morning and running around to get myself ready, the girls fed and happy and then I was off to the bride's house to meet up with the other bridesmaids and the bride, of course. Chaela looked gorgeous and she hadn't even put on her wedding gown yet! We set off for St. Mary's Church in Annapolis, MD in a very pimped-out SUV limo. They needed something large and in charge since they had a wedding party of 21 (not including 2 flower girls and 1 ring bearer).

And speaking of flower girls...Sofia & Olivia were absolutely wonderful! First off, they looked adorable beyond belief. I almost cried when I saw them at the church with my mom and the babysitters. I can not wait to see pictures from the photographer because I didn't get one with my camera. I held Olivia while Sofia held on (very tightly) to my hand as we walked down the aisle. Sofia did get excited when she saw my mom and ran to her but only for a brief second before continuing to the babysitters who escorted them out to the sitting rooms for the mass. I was so proud of them!

Lots of silliness throughout the day. Good times in the limo with the bridal party, dancing and craziness at the reception and fun at the after-party at the restaurant where they met. My camera was not attached to me throughout the day, which kind of bums me out since I didn't take nearly as many pictures as I would have liked. In the same breath though, I'm glad I didn't have it right there every minute so that I could really get into the moments with everyone and enjoy every second. Which I really did. Immensely.

Many years of love & happiness to the Mr. and Mrs. Pitocco!
