And we're back...

7 weeks sure does fly when you're having fun. And fun was certainly had by all and I have so many wonderful memories to add to the blog.

I thought I would start off our Italian summer 2015 blog posts by adding one of the first pictures taken in Mesagne. Cozze nere. Delizioso! And a staple of Puglian meals especially during the summer months. Eat them raw (I don't), sauteed with plenty of lemon juice, stuffed, or with pasta, you can not go wrong.
