Literally within hours of arriving in Italy, Anthony and I make it a point to indulge in the tasty goodness of Italian pizza. A particular favorite of my whole family's is a piping hot calzone. We enjoyed several of these treats during our stay in Puglia since you can't just have one. We are very faithful patrons to an incredible pizzeria in the center of town, Alfio's, and would love to pack him up in our suitcase to bring him home with us and make calzones for us every night!
