It's that time of year again...persimmon trimming time! I stopped over at my in-laws to take a couple pictures for my father-in-law as he was trimming the tree. Squirrels and birds have been feasting on the tree and so he needed to get them down sooner. Or else we wouldn't have any to enjoy ourselves!
Cachi, persimmon in Italian, are fantastic and I can never get enough. As luck would have it, neither Anthony nor the girls like persimmons so I am "stuck" eating them all!
