Attempting potty-training

I'm not going to embarrass Sofia by posting a picture of her on the potty, but she went last night for the very first time!!!

I will tell you all about it though because she looks adorable sitting up on the toilet with her Baby Bjorn Toilet Trainer. She was swinging her little legs back and forth repeating "potty" about a thousand times. We bought her a potty book about a month ago and about 50 times a day she will run over to her bookcase and have us read it to her. She gets so excited when the little girl goes on the potty and is so proud of herself.

Anthony and I are not going to rush anything nor pressure her to using the toilet, but we are very proud of our little girl. We've received some very valuable advice from other parents to let her tell us when she's ready for the potty rather than the other way around.
