Chocolate-Covered Twinkie

While in Annapolis over the weekend, we stopped into the awesome Kilwin's Chocolates store on Main Street where I nearly gobbled up the entire place. Upon entering and being instantaneously consumed by the sweet chocolate air, I spied this lovely treat right away and knew I had to have one. It was delicious! Problem is that it seems simple enough that I could make them at home...this could be a problem!
