Centro Storico, Mesagne
During the afternoons in Mesagne, the town becomes eerily quiet. Shops shut their doors for a few hours, windows are drawn, doors are closed and the streets are empty. It's one of my favorite things.
It's a perfect time to tour the streets of centro storico and take photos. And become totally engrossed in the architecture, the textures and all the tiny little details you might miss during a more crowded hour. It's something of a tradition now to go out during this hour and absorb what you can.
I love it.
